You don’t have to fear a large invoice coming at the end of the month, the design fees are pre-determined. You select as much assistance as you need or your budget allows.

DESIGN PLANNING AND IN HOME CONSULTATION

This consultation is a great option to give you a fresh perspective on how to restyle pieces you already own, to reinvent your home with a few affordable updates.  The design planning includes the initial phone consult, design questionnaire and a 1.5 hour in house consultation discussing your design style and dreams for the space. This time can be spent however it is more valuable for you.  We can focus on a single room or create a cohesive design plan that incorporates your whole home. Depending on your requirements we will discuss any of these areas in your home.

This package includes:

• Colour selections

• Lighting recommendations

• Kitchen/Bathroom layout and finishes

• Flooring recommendations

• Window Treatments

• Space and furniture placement (including art work)

PRE-START CONSULTATION PACKAGE

By utilising this package I can thoroughly check and edit plans for functionality, help you stay focused on the big picture, suggest money-saving options, make certain prestart choices that, at times can get overlooked and offer ideas to obtain the best practical decisions.

Package includes:

• 1 hour Initial Consultation + 2 hour Selection Meeting

• On call for any additional queries

Please provide Builders plans, Addenda, Product specifications, allowances and guidelines prior to Initial Consultation.

PAINT SELECTION PACKAGE

This consultation is designed for those needing help with selecting paint colours for their home. I run over each room after your brief and guide you through ideas and suggestions. I can also arrange for a painter to carry out the works.

This package includes:

• Paint schedule

• Paint floor plan (if floor plan available)

• Co-ordination of painting

Initial Consultation a prerequisite with this service to enable me to know your style and property to ensure all purchases are the right ones for you.

Retail shopping for furniture and accessories can be a daunting proposition, there are so many choices out there!

 

Having your own designer on hand on the day of shopping will make this process enjoyable and help you avoid costly mistakes.
